
Christina Nissen
Christina Nissen primarily handles litigation and arbitration cases of a commercial nature, including in particular M&A disputes, disputes concerning interpretation of contracts, defects, breach of contract etc. as well as insurance and compensation cases. As part of her work in conflict resolution, Christina has assisted many of DAHL's clients in negotiating solutions, also out of court, and in arbitration. Christina has previously worked extensively with insolvency proceedings and has conducted a number of avoidance cases and other bankruptcy-related cases before the Danish courts.
