Henrik Ottosen

Partner Henrik Ottosen has since 1995 primarily worked with corporate law, international contracts, and M&A, in Denmark and abroad. Additionally, Henrik is appointed member of the Board of Directors by several Danish companies, thereby having obtained a considerable insight in various business areas. His wide experience within M&A primarily covers the traditional private and public Danish manufacturing companies. Furthermore, he advises clients within the finance and IT & Fintech sectors. He occasionally works as a mediator or as an arbitrator. Henrik strives to have a profound knowledge of his clients’ businesses.
