Bent Ramskov

Partner Bent Ramskov has for more than 25 years, since the beginning of his career, worked full time within the field of tax law. He is a specialist within tax law primarily focusing on corporate tax law. Bent's core competencies are advices on generational change, restructuring of both companies and personally run companies, including demerger, merger, company transformation, etc. Furthermore, he advices on clarifying tax issues and tax optimization for both individuals and companies. In his advice, Bent focuses on ensuring a fast, competent, and value-based solution for his clients. In addition, he provides tax advice on the transfer of assets of any kind, including valuation, tax liability advice, company law advice and advice from other advisors. Bent is also a part of DAHL Law Firm’s specialist group within property valuations, DAC6 and international tax law. Bent has the right to appear for the Supreme Court and regularly conduct tax cases in all instances on behalf of both private individuals and corporate clients. He regularly lectures several courses targeted other advisors, especially within tax law topics.
