Partner Mads Rossen Jakobsen specialises in M&A and company law and is head of DAHL's M&A department. Mads advises on all aspects of the transaction process, including selection of transaction model, planning and optimisation of sales processes, investment and ownership structures, M&A insurance solutions, legal due diligence and on the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents.
