Jacob Sandholt

Jacob Sandholt provides specialised advice on sector legislation within the field of energy law. Jacob has significant experience with Danish law, EU law and international law - across the value chain. Jacob has particular experience with regulatory matters, transactions and the drafting of relevant agreements. Jacob's expertise also includes public authority matters, for instance applying for and submitting permissions as well as handling complaints brought against the public authorities. Having previously worked for Energinet and Ørsted, Jacob has obtained in-depth knowledge of the energy sector and gained vast specialist knowledge of this field. Accordingly, Jacob is well versed with regulatory matters within the field of energy law and associated areas. Jacob has a Master of Business Law degree from the Copenhagen Business School and has also completed the LL.M programme "North Sea Energy Law Programme" at the universities in Groningen, Oslo, Aberdeen and Copenhagen. · HortenDahl
