Hans Erik Steffensen

Hans Erik Steffensen has considerable experience in advising corporate clients, especially concerning contracts and the negotiation of contracts. Over the years, Hans Erik has become familiar with the construction industry, including the preparation of construction contracts and resolution of the conflicts that may unfortunately arise during a construction process. In addition, he specialised in arbitration and litigation related to real estate, construction law and procurement law. Hans Erik has the right to appear before the Danish Supreme Court and he has years of experience in conducting matters before both arbitral tribunals and the ordinary courts. Hans Erik assists both large and small companies. The cases range from minor arbitration matters to lawsuits involving significant multi-million sums. Additionnaly, Hans Erik has considerable experience in buying and selling companies within the retail trade and the construction industry as well as handling related issues to this. Hans Erik is a member of several company boards and he provides ongoing advice to owner managers. Parallel with his advisory activities, Hans Erik teaches in construction law and he has for several years been associated with Aarhus University as an external lecturer.
