
Troels Tuxen
Troels Tuxen has extensive experience advising Danish and international clients in insolvency, restructuring and dispute resolution matters. He serves as an administrator in bankruptcies for both small and large companies and act as an estate administrator in reorganization proceedings, out-of-court suspension of payment procedures and creditor arrangements. In addition, he advises clients in different insolvency situations and on general commercial matters, e.g. company law issues, and acts as an adviser for boards of directors and management of distressed companies. As a member of the board of companies he has been part of the development of several successful businesses and later sale hereof. Being an experienced litigator, Troels has conducted numerous court cases concerning insolvency and property law issues. For more than 20 years, he has been a representative in international coorperations of law- and accounting firms, mainly in Northern Europe, through INSOL Europe and the informal network of Global Restructuring and Insolvency Professionals. · HortenDahl
