Luís Cordón

Partner at Augusta Abogados. Litigation and Arbitration Partner, he has more than twenty years of experience in resolving conflicts arising in commercial relationships, disputes related to the business world and in complex banking contracts. His specialty covers both pre-litigation advice to try to avoid litigation in defense of Clients, as well as judicial procedures before civil and commercial jurisdiction. In parallel, he has developed and consolidated a solid arbitration practice, acting both as an arbitrator appointed by different arbitration institutions in our country, and representing clients in national and international arbitration. Moreover, Luis Cordón combines his professional activity with teaching, as an associate professor of procedural law at the ISDE and a regular speaker at courses, seminars and conferences related to procedural law and arbitration.
