Maksym Maksymenko

Maksym Maksymenko is a Strategic Advisor with over 20 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, and energy. His professional track record includes participation in more than 1,500 projects across agriculture, finance, development, lodging, oil & gas, ports, and retail. Maksym is a regular contributor to the various working groups in the Ukrainian Parliament, Ministry for Communities, Ministry of Infrastructure, Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine, and the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre. In addition to his professional work, Maksym has engaged in academic activities, including lecturing at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. His academic work also includes developing a PhD thesis on optimising land use structure in Ukraine, aiming to facilitate such land use to streamline economic growth to benefit Ukrainian society with minimal negative environmental impact.
