Rob Brouwer

Rob has a wide-ranging employment law practice with an emphasis on advising companies on employment contract law, terms of employment, collective bargaining agreements, employee participation law, organisational changes, restructuring, transfer of undertaking and the position of the CEO. He mainly works for national and international groups and is closely involved in cross-border cases, including those falling under the Germany and International expert groups. Rob has been a partner since 1991, completed the specialisation programme in Employment Law at the Grotius Academy and headed up the firm’s employment law specialisation for many years.
