Sander Hafkamp
A solution that works on paper doesn’t always work in practice. This is why Sander likes to look for a practical solution. Sometimes through a legal route, but that’s not necessarily always the case. After all, it’s about the destination, not the road to it. It’s about the moment when you can say to your client: “it’s solved”. For Sander, that moment is the best thing about his job. Sander likes to maintain an informal, personal relationship with his clients. He’s committed and passionate, but he doesn’t just tell people what they want to hear. A bond can’t be formed unless you are honest with each other. Then trust is the key word, even in his specialisation, corporate law. Sander completed a bachelor’s degree in Notarial Law and a master’s degree in Corporate Law at Radboud University Nijmegen. He worked as a legal assistant at a firm of bailiffs and at Stichting Rechtswinkel Venlo, a legal advice centre, before joining Boels Zanders as an intern in 2022. · Boels Zanders Advocaten
