In his dynamic practice, he acts for various housing associations, healthcare institutions, educational institutions, public authorities, investors and businesses. Luc advises and litigates in the areas of rental law (residential and commercial property), loans, building and ground leases, as well as the purchase and sale of real estate. At Boels Zanders, Luc is involved in matters relating to housing associations, healthcare, education and retail and hospitality, among others. He is also a member of the Dutch Association of Rental Law Practitioners (VHA). In addition to his day job, Luc is a member of the Limburg Bar Association and a board member of two foundations.
