Boels Zanders Advocaten · Jeroen doesn’t forget the person behind the case when tackling legal issues. He devises solutions to the challenges his clients face and is energised by the diversity and complexity of his work. He settles when possible and litigates when necessary, preferably in an atmosphere where colleagues and clients reinforce each other in the challenging and meaningful work they do. Jeroen has a corporate law practice which he runs from our Eindhoven office. Thanks to his role as a bankruptcy trustee, Jeroen has extensive experience in advising and litigating on insolvency law-related national and international issues and representing companies in difficulty. In addition, Jeroen specialises in company law and advises and litigates on shareholder disputes and directors’ liability, among other matters. Jeroen is a partner and has been with Boels Zanders since 2002. He completed the Grotius postgraduate course in Insolvency Law cum laude and the Grotius postgraduate course in Company Law and Business, also cum laude. He also obtained the Restructuring Specialist qualification from Leiden University. He regularly gives workshops on topics within his area of expertise. He writes blogs on current legal topics and is an editorial board member of OR Updates. He is also a member of the Dutch Association of Insolvency Law Practitioners (INSOLAD) and the Dutch Corporate Litigation Association. In addition, he volunteers with the Heerezitting Remunj Foundation and is a member of Lions Weert-Kempenbroek.
