Aniek has an extensive corporate law practice focusing mainly on insolvency and restructuring. In her practice, she handles issues including directors’ liability and shareholder disputes. She also supports fellow trustees in settling bankruptcies, and advises troubled companies and their creditors. Aniek completed a master’s degree in Law at Tilburg University cum laude.
