Ivan Bondarchuk is Partner and Head of Energy & Projects at LCF Law Group in Ukraine with over 10 years of experience advising on energy markets, energy efficiency and alternative/renewable energy projects, as well as related regulatory, corporate and commercial matters. From 2018–2022 he advised national and international investors on alternative energy projects with aggregate installed capacity of over 1 GW; he holds a master of laws degree in energy law from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and an LL.M. in Energy and Environmental Law from Tulane University Law School.
