
Gregoris Leontiou
Mr. Leontiou has been registered as an advocate of the Cyprus Supreme Court in 1995. After a career as Litigation and Corporate lawyer, he established the Law Firm of Zomenis & Leontiou in October 2003 after purchasing the practise of retired Barrister-at-Law Mr. Nicos Zomenis. The practise has as of the 7th July 2011 continued under the name of G. Leontiou LLC. Mr. Leontiou is the Managing Partner of the Firm and has headed most of the Firm’s large litigation cases, including cases before the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague and as part of a team in the Royal Court of Guernsey and the High Court of England and Wales. His main areas of practise are Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Litigation, the Law of Trusts, Shipping and Admiralty Law, Internet Law and Regulation and Corporate Structures with strong specialisation in Shareholders Disputes and International Litigation and Arbitration. · G.
