Of Counsel Sveva has initially undertaken the study of international law working for law firms in France and Belgium, as well as studying at The Hague Academy of International Law to then specialize in Intellectual Property instead and especially Copyright. In 2009 she founded Idealex Legal Firm for Arts in Bologna. From 2014 to 2017 she has carried out her legal activity as Head of the Legal Department for Italy for the Spanish company Red Points, now leader in the worldwide market for the protection of online intellectual property and she has exported the activity to Japan, where for over 10 years she has been providing consultancy in the field of intellectual property and digital matters. In 2017 she set up Tutela Digitale Srl, a company specializing in brand and personal reputation.
