Counsel at Tiberghien based in Brussels and a member of the Brussels Bar, Guillaume Delfosse specialises in tax law, advising family groups, entrepreneurs and investors on corporate tax, wealth planning and tax litigation. He began his career at Tiberghien in 2014, worked in the tax teams of Allen & Overy and Simont Braun, and in 2024 joined Tiberghien as Counsel; he is also a lecturer at the Solvay Brussels School, an assistant in tax law at ULB and deputy secretary-general of the Belgian branch of the International Fiscal Association.
