Walter Verlinden is Senior Counsel at Tiberghien; he joined the firm in 1986, became a partner in 1993 and, after 30 years as a partner, has been attached to the firm as Senior Counsel since 2024. His practice focuses on (inter)national tax law where estate planning and complex corporate reorganizations intersect, with particular familiarity with Belgian, Dutch, German and Luxembourg tax systems.
