Partner at BBH who represents clients in arbitration and court proceedings and is a listed arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic, enrolled on the Vienna International Arbitral Center (VIAC) list and a member of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS). He has extensive experience advising in international arbitrations (VIAC, ICC, DIS, LCIA, the Arbitration Court of the CCCR and the ACCR), handling M&A disputes, compensation claims including lost profits, development-project disputes, telecommunications and healthcare regulatory disputes, and also focuses on private international law and criminal defence; he is an external associate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University teaching arbitration and advocacy skills.
