
Peter Oravec
Peter has worked on the most complex and sensitive mandates in the field of competition law and he is very well experienced in this area. Peter has represented clients during inspections (dawn raids) of the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic (AMO), in cartel investigations, during investigations regarding abuse of dominance as well as during subsequent court review of decisions of AMO. Peter was the first in Slovakia to file a leniency application. Peter supported clients in complicated concentrations. He was the first in Slovakia to apply the implementation of a condition in a decision by which the AMO approved a concentration with a condition according to the EU model.
