Sebastian Asbjørn Pedersen

Sebastian is associate partner and attorney in our EU, Procurement, and Competition Law team, specializing in procurement law, EU law, and competition law. Sebastian advises both private and public organizations on matters related to procurement processes. He assists public contracting authorities in assessing procurement obligations and strategies, as well as in the preparation of tender documents and execution of procurement processes from the beginning and all the way through the process. He also advises private suppliers on the preparation of tenders during procurement procedures and provides guidance on contract-related questions throughout the contract period. Additionally, Sebastian has extensive experience representing clients before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement, the courts, and in arbitration proceedings. In the area of competition law, his expertise includes pricing policies for dominant companies, merger control, cartel cases, and distribution agreements. Sebastian has solid experience in intellectual property rights. He regularly assists clients with trademark registration and opposition proceedings before the Danish Patent and Trademark Office and the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
