Marie Boyer-Soegaard

Marie is attorney in the Corporate Commercial team. She advises both Danish and international companies on matters related to company law and financial transactions, including general banking financing, corporate restructurings and financing of commercial properties. Additionally, Marie works with capital markets law, bond issues, incentive schemes, M&A, and financial regulations.
