Kristian Ambjørn Buus-Nielsen

Kristian is a partner in our Litigation and Arbitration team where he primarily advises on corporate law, financing/refinancing, leasing, and debt collection. He is highly specialized in advising clients in the financial sector where he has gained significant experience. One of his particular area of expertise is financial leasing, being recognized as a leading Danish professional. Kristian has published several articles on this subject and is a co-author of the book 'Financial Leasing - a type of financing'. In addition to this, Kristian has extensive experience in conducting cases before the Danish High Court. Kristian is known for his practical and commercial approach to legal issues.
