Michael Møller Nielsen

Michael is partner and attorney in our Employment Law team. He is highly specialized in all aspects of employment law. Michael has broad experience with disputes, contracts, and due diligence in connection with transactions and outsourcing, and he has worked on some of the most complex and largest transactions historically from an HR perspective. In his advisory work, Michael emphasizes finding practical solutions before and during litigation. He has handled numerous cases before industrial boards, arbitration, and general courts at all levels, however, his primary approach is to find practical solutions that satisfy both parties. As a particular area of expertise, Michael assists companies covered by a collective bargaining agreement with issues related to the interpretation of the collective bargaining agreement and disputes with unions. Michael is deeply committed to working for the protection of human rights, which is why he provides pro bono assistance to several relevant organizations and is a co-founder of Danish Justice Foundation. · Lund Elmer Sandager
