Pol Mellina is a Partner at BSP in Luxembourg who advises on all aspects of Luxembourg taxation (direct and indirect), with a focus on cross-border transactions and structuring of alternative investment funds and their investment platforms—particularly in private equity and private debt—and on business transmission and tax disputes. He joined BSP in 2014, acts for government bodies, financial institutions, fund promoters, family offices and local businesses, is a visiting lecturer at the University of Luxembourg, an author and speaker on tax topics, and serves pro bono as an arbitrator at the Luxembourg commission for arbitration in sports.
