Petko’s work has been largely focused on corporate governance (including public-listed companies in financial services and energy in the EU), contracts and M&A matters, the latter with particular emphasis on due diligence, structuring advice and acquisition support. His knowledge and experience in corporate tax, VAT and, generally, tax litigation helps for a wider perspective of the matters he is handling. Those include foreign investment in Bulgaria for businesses in fast-moving consumer goods, real estate, pharmaceuticals and IT / media.
