Equity partner Laura Puddu regularly assists corporate and private clients in relation to tax audits, pre-litigation proceedings, tax litigation up to the Supreme Court level, ruling requests, MAPs and APAs, in matters of domestic and/or international taxation. She has successfully completed significant tax litigation proceedings on behalf of leading domestic and international industrial groups, financial and insurance institutions, and has reached numerous extra-judicial settlements, both in the pre-litigation and litigation phases. She is the author of publications on tax matters in specialised journals and is a lecturer for the Master's Degree in Taxation at Il Sole 24 Ore.
