Equity partner Stefania Trezzini regularly assists corporate and private clients in relation to domestic and/or international tax matters. Among her main clients are multinational groups, Italian and foreign banks and financial companies (including, among others, asset management companies, insurance companies, leasing and factoring companies and trust companies), as well as investment funds (including private equity and venture capital funds, real estate funds and sovereign wealth funds), industrial and commercial companies and family offices. Stefania also assists private clients, both Italian and foreign, in relation to transfers of residence, family wealth management, trusts and estate planning. Her areas of expertise include international taxation, banking and financial intermediary taxation, taxation of private equity and venture capital transactions, capital markets and structured finance transactions, financial instruments and financing transactions. She has also gained significant experience in corporate reorganisations and M&A transactions, real estate transactions and the structuring of management and employee incentive plans.
