About
Managing partner at RFF Lawyers in Portugal and a long-standing tax specialist with experience in tax litigation, arbitration and public finance matters. He is a founding partner of RFF Lawyers (since 2012), was Secretary of State in charge of Tax Affairs (2001–2002), is registered with the Portuguese Bar since 1989 and with the Brazilian Bar since 2015, and has served as a tax arbitrator since 2011.
