Kim G. Hansen
Kim G. Hansen has extensive experience within IT law and digital intellectual property law, with particular focus on rights, contracts, negotiations, IT disputes, and regulatory matters such as GDPR and IT security. He also advises on licensing agreements, tech transactions, AI, outsourcing, hosting, operations, and digital business models – and has significant experience with M&A and due diligence in IT and technology-related areas. Kim has rights of audience before the Supreme Court of Denmark and has previously served as Chairman of the Association of Danish IT Lawyers. He is an IT mediator and a trained arbitrator, and acts as permanent counsel and chair (pro bono) for Dansk IT.
