
Frederik Kromann Jespersen
Frederik specialises in commercial litigation and international arbitration, and he heads the Specialised Dispute Resolution department at Skau Reipurth. Frederik acts as legal counsel to Danish as well as international clients in disputes of various kinds, including particularly disputes concerning commercial contracts, intellectual property law, marketing practices, competition, management liability, product liability as well as corporate criminal liability. Frederik has extensive experience with mediation proceedings. He also assists his clients in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, including license agreements. He has considerable experience with conducting legal investigations within various sectors, and he acts as counsel in various investigations by law enforcement and regulatory bodies. Frederik is entitled to appear before the Danish Supreme Court and also acts as arbitrator.
