Peter Stanstrup is a partner at Andersen Partners advising on commercial and company law matters including formation, restructuring, ownership transfers and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises on direct and indirect tax matters, conducts tax and other disputes before Danish authorities and courts (including the European Court of Justice), and acts as defence counsel in criminal proceedings including tax and financial crime cases, serving as a court‑assigned defence counsel before the Court in Kolding and the Western Division of the Danish High Court.
