Gisèle Rosselle is a partner in Strelia’s Corporate and M&A practice and serves as the firm’s managing partner. She focuses on domestic and cross-border corporate and M&A, private equity, project finance and capital markets transactions, with a particular focus on technology-sector clients; she was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 1994 and previously worked at Allen & Overy and White & Case before joining Strelia in 2013.
