Mariya Nizhnik is Executive Partner and Head of Antitrust, Competition and Trade at Aequo in Ukraine, specialising in antitrust, competition and international trade matters. She advises national and international clients on competition, merger control, state aid and environmental matters and served as First Deputy Chair of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (2015–2019), leading major sector reforms.
