Gints Vilgerts, LL.M., is the founder and Managing Partner of VILGERTS (since 2008) whose practice focuses on all aspects of M&A, real estate and complex commercial dispute cases. Since 2010 he has participated in more than 80 transactions with a total deal size in excess of EUR 3.5 billion for clients from over 10 jurisdictions, and he has been a guest lecturer at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, the Riga Graduate School of Law and the Riga Business School.
