Maciej Georg is Partner and Head of Banking & Finance at CRIDO in Poland, and has led the firm's Banking & Finance practice since March 2025. He advises domestic and foreign banks, financial institutions, sponsors and borrowers on project financings, refinancings, and corporate and acquisition finance, and has many years of financing transactions experience gained at the Warsaw office of an international law firm; he served on the supervisory board of Arctic Paper S.A. from 2016 to 2019.
