Counsel in CRIDO’s Banking & Finance team with 17 years’ experience advising borrowers and lenders on bilateral and syndicated loan transactions (notably under LMA documentation), securitisations and related security packages, and on local and cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures, particularly in the energy sector. Prior to joining CRIDO in early 2025 he worked at international firms in London and Warsaw and served as senior counsel at Siemens HQ in Germany; his team received Legal 500 recognition in 2024.
