Aleksandra Stojanović is a Senior Associate in the Corporate/Commercial and M&A department at BOPA Bojanović & Partners, dually qualified in Serbia and Montenegro. She has extensive experience on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters and has advised international clients on cross‑border transactions in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia & Herzegovina with aggregate deal value in excess of EUR 5 billion; she is currently pursuing a PhD in Law (Legal Field of Economics) at the University of Niš.
