Counsel at Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh since February 2017, Doortje Ninck Blok specialises in state aid, competition and public procurement law. She has worked in the Dutch national government since 2004 (including as senior adviser at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations), advising municipalities and provinces in state aid proceedings before the European Commission, and regularly publishes and lectures on these topics.
