Marco Schoups is a lawyer admitted to the Bar of the province of Antwerp and the Bar of Brussels with 35 years' experience advising and representing companies in proceedings, arbitration, contract work and negotiations. He is a recognised mediator in civil and commercial matters (since August 2021), teaches a practical Construction Law course at KU Leuven (since 2020-2021), and is active in publishing, lecturing and professional bodies related to construction law and arbitration.
