Hanneke De Coninck is a specialist in companies in financial difficulties, advising and litigating on international insolvency law, financing, securities and directors’ liability, with extensive experience in complex restructuring. She started her career in 2002, is one of the founders of Florent, is regularly appointed by the Amsterdam Court as an administrator and trustee, conducts inquiry investigations for the Enterprise Chamber, and serves on the board of the Dutch Association for Comparative and International Insolvency Law (NVRII) and as a member of INSOLAD, INSOL International, INSOL Europe and the Rimari Foundation.
