Caroline Gaul advises national and international companies on technology, IT and data law, with a focus on data protection compliance (EU GDPR and Swiss law), IT contract law, cloud and outsourcing projects, and the design of data-driven business models and platform solutions. She has advised on Swiss law since 2015 and previously practised as a German lawyer with in‑house secondments at a global software group.
