Emma is Cirio’s managing partner and a member of the firm's private M&A-group. She has a particular focus on representing emerging and growth technology companies, their founders and investors. Emma’s client base includes several Venture and Growth Capital funds as well as emerging growth companies within a broad spectrum of technology verticals. She also has a strong interest in digital transformation.
