Ginta is specialized in international arbitration and enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign judgments. She regularly serves as sole, chair and party-appointed arbitrator and has handled proceedings under the rules of several leading arbitral institutions and ad hoc. Ginta has particular focus on international trade, construction, energy, IT and post-M&A disputes.
