Björn has more than 15 years of experience as a lawyer with a background in dispute resolution. Today his practice is focused on patents and trade secrets and IP-related contract disputes. Björn mainly works contentious matters, representing clients both before the Unified Patent Court, the Swedish IP courts and in arbitration, but he also provides advice in non-contentious matters. Among other matters in recent years, Björn has defended a client in the Fintech sector in litigation and arbitration against allegations of trade secrets misappropriation and patent infringement, with a value in dispute in the billions (SEK).
