Before joining Westerberg & Partners, Natalia held senior positions at the SCC Arbitration Institute, where she was involved in the administration of high-profile international cases and contributed to policy discussions on ISDS reform, EU sanctions and technology in arbitration. Natalia is frequently invited as a speaker at international arbitration conferences and has contributed to discussions on arbitration procedure, institutional developments, and dispute resolution trends.
