Daniel Cobzac is the founding and managing partner of Cobzac & Partners in Moldova, with more than 15 years' experience advising local and international clients across M&A, arbitration and litigation, insolvency, debt recovery, banking and finance, restructuring, intellectual property and construction. He is a member of the Steering Committee of the Chisinau International Court of Commercial Arbitration and has coordinated complex transactions and legislative projects, including work on the application of Moldova's insolvency law.
