He has extensive experience with the drafting and negotiation of IT contracts, personal data processing, legal support for research and development projects and rights holders within the media and entertainment sector, including licensing agreements, consultancy agreements and consortium agreements. Øystein advises and represents collecting societies and other right holders in contract negotiations and dispute resolution processes. He has a keen interest in the use of music, film and literature in digital media.
