José Costa Pinto is the founding partner of Costa Pinto, specializing in commercial and corporate law with extensive experience in corporate restructuring, M&A and private equity transactions. He previously worked at Uría Menéndez – Proença de Carvalho and Simmons & Simmons, served as President of the National Association of Portuguese Young Lawyers (ANJAP) from 2014–2018, and has been recognised with Client Choice M&A awards (2022–2024) and inclusion in Iberian Lawyer’s 'Forty under 40' (2020).
